Shipping Policy

Four Lakes Winery is dedicated to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. We carefully package each order to ensure your wines arrive safely and in a timely manner.

  1. Ordering & Shipping

    1. All orders (including ground and 2 day delivery) received after 2:00 PM PST require one full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below). 

    2. Please note that all orders are shipped and delivered on business days only* (excluding weekends and holidays). 

    3. Federal Law requires someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol. Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped.

    4. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. We cannot ship internationally. We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah 

Return Policy

We believe in the quality of our wines and want you to feel confident in trying new varietals. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that you can explore our wines with peace of mind.

  1. Return Policy 

    1. All sales are final due. If you are unsatisfied with your order and believe the wine is corked please contact us here for a replacement. 

    2. Damaged Goods. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to mariah@fourlakeswinery.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
