This power load Bordeaux style blend is 100% estate grown. Consisting of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petit Verdot, 30% Merlot and 10% Carménère. Aged 3 years in American oak, this wine is a deep, full bodied, fruit forward dazzler bursting with aromatics and complex flavors of red cherry, black currant, pepper and hints of smoky 2015. This blend is well structured with persistent fine grain tannins enhanced by a delicate, light spicy finish. Enjoy its explosion of flavors all evening long!

This 100% estate red blend consists of 38% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot and 12% Petite Syrah. It exhibits aromatics and flavors of red cherry, black currant and cedar notes complimented by traces of pepper and undertones of caramel and vanilla. In 2013, we lost our production facility to a brush fire. Rising from the ashes was no easy feat for us but we persevered. This red blend is a tribute to the blood, sweat and tears that went into rebuilding our life’s work. Like the Phoenix, we too rose from the ashes.

Wow! Meaty, beaty, big and bouncy, it doesn’t get any better than this! As usual this Syrah is 100% Four Lakes estate fruit. Powerful but refined best describes the character of this wine. This fresh and lively wine is bursting with aromas of black fruit, black pepper and pomegranate. On the palate, this wine has a light bodied velvety sensation. The intricate flavors of black fruit and spice are intertwined for a surprising, sustained peppery finish. “Smile awhile with this Syrah”.
