Chelan Valley Community Nurse provides free assistance to frail and vulnerable adults in the Chelan valley who wish to stay in their homes. We promote the health and well being of our elderly community through home visits by a registered nurse, providing health screenings and education, and connecting our elderly to services and programs in the community.
